What kind of product is this?
A digital download is supplied as electronic files, usually in a ZIP archive. No physical item is shipped for these covered digital offers. Read the product page for the actual PDF, document, spreadsheet, video or code files and their compatibility requirements. Not every product contains every format.
Use the platform named before payment.

Before you download.
Use the email and account entered at checkout. If a platform displays a local-currency option or taxes, review its final total before paying.
Open the included files.
Extract the ZIP before opening its files. A PDF reader is required for guides and workbooks; editable spreadsheets need compatible spreadsheet software. Practice code may require a local Python installation and terminal. Use the exact requirements on the product page and read its included start-here or license instructions.
Missing email, expired link or file problem?
Check the purchase inbox, including Spam or Junk, and the relevant purchase account. If you still need help, email info@northmarksystem.com with the product, platform, order reference and a short description. Do not include card numbers, passwords or authentication codes.
For Hostinger downloads, request help if the 48-hour link is no longer available. For a manually reviewed NanoCorp offer, fresh instructions require the original payment to be checked. Do not place a duplicate purchase just to ask for help.

The included license or buyer-use instructions explain permitted use. Read our digital product terms and existing digital refund policy. This delivery explanation does not create a new refund deadline, delivery-time guarantee or entitlement to a separate product.
