What you purchase, how files are delivered and how you may use Northmark System digital products.

Northmark System, Inc. supplies the digital learning products described on this website. Contact info@northmarksystem.com with product or order questions. The checkout and receipt identify the transaction platform and merchant of record, where applicable.
Scope of these terms
These terms apply to our premade downloadable guides, workbooks, templates and educational practice files. They do not define the scope of a custom website, consultation, coaching engagement or other professional service. Those services require their own offer or agreement and are outside our proposed Lemon Squeezy digital-product catalog.
Product information and requirements
Read the selected product description before ordering. It identifies the price, language, file formats, contents and required software. Our four API, IT and AI kits are English-language digital downloads. Educational examples may use fictional data, dummy credentials or local practice code. A hosted API, AI subscription, video course, certification or live support is included only if the particular offer expressly says so.
Prices and checkout
The catalog shows one-time base prices in US dollars. The checkout displays the amount you approve, any applicable taxes and available local-currency options. A later price change does not create a price-adjustment entitlement unless applicable law requires it. No subscription is created by a product described as a one-time purchase.
Delivery and access
The product page identifies its delivery method. For platform-hosted downloads, access and receipt instructions are supplied through the chosen checkout platform after successful payment. Use an accurate email address and retain your receipt. Check your email and spam folder, then contact us with the order reference if access is missing. A NanoCorp offer that explicitly states manual email delivery follows that disclosed method.
Where a checkout identifies Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, its buyer terms and transaction processes also apply. A catalog listing or demonstration alone does not indicate that a particular platform checkout has been activated.
Buyer-use permission
You receive a license to use the purchased material, rather than ownership of its copyright. Read the included LICENSE.txt or buyer-use instructions. Working templates and educational code may be adapted for your own or client work to the extent that license permits. You may not publicly redistribute or resell the complete kit or its paid guides, share a paid download link, remove attribution to misrepresent authorship, or offer the kit as a resale-rights product.
Responsible use
Use practice code and request examples only in environments you own or are authorized to test. Replace fictional inputs with approved information, keep secrets out of shared templates, and review any AI-generated result before use. These resources do not promise business income, a security certification, production readiness or a particular professional outcome.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our refund policy explains access problems, duplicate payments and other refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights or remedies under applicable consumer law. Where immediate digital delivery requires consent or acknowledgement, the relevant legal requirements still apply; general acceptance of these terms does not itself establish that every separate requirement has been met.
Privacy and support
Our privacy policy describes website visits, orders and support communications. Send only the information needed to identify an issue. Do not email card numbers, passwords or authentication codes.
Applicable law and updates
These terms operate subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections. They do not impose an exclusive court, mandatory arbitration or a waiver of rights you cannot lawfully waive. Contact us first if an issue arises. Updates will be dated on this page; an update does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
