Who to contact
Northmark System, Inc. is responsible for the information it receives directly through its business communications and product operations. Contact info@northmarksystem.com about this policy or your information. A checkout provider or merchant of record may separately control information it collects under its own privacy policy.
Browsing this website
Our company website does not provide visitor accounts and does not contain a Northmark-added advertising or analytics tracker. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, including IP address, device or browser information and requested pages, to deliver and protect the site.
The site uses Google Fonts. Loading a remote typeface may send technical request information, such as an IP address, to Google. A system-font fallback is used if that resource is unavailable. The product-demo video is served as a website file with native playback controls, without an embedded social-video tracker.
Inquiries and support
The website contact form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not submit your brief to a website database. If you send an email, we receive its contents and contact information. We use these to respond, deliver agreed work or investigate a product issue.
Orders and delivery
When you purchase through a linked platform, that platform collects the information required for checkout. Depending on the platform and transaction, Northmark may receive your name, purchase email, product and order details, payment status, amount, relevant country or tax information, and support correspondence. We use information available to us for product delivery, access assistance, refunds, fraud prevention, recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Full payment-card numbers are handled by the checkout platform and its payment processors; they are not collected through the Northmark website contact form. Do not send them to us by email.
Platforms and providers
Our website links to Etsy, Lemon Squeezy, Stan, Whop, NanoCorp, Kajabi and Contra. Opening a checkout sends your browser to that provider, where its own terms and privacy policy apply to checkout, account and delivery functions. Payment processors, hosting providers and email providers also process information needed for their services. See Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy or Etsy’s privacy policy when using those services. The platform named in the actual checkout and receipt is the relevant provider for your transaction.
Marketing choices
A receipt or support response is a transaction-related communication. Where a platform offers an optional marketing-email choice, that choice is separate from buying the product. You may use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or contact us to withdraw a marketing preference. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and sharing
We retain information for the purposes described here, including order support, financial records, legal requirements and dispute handling, and remove or minimize it when it is no longer needed for those purposes. We share information with relevant service providers as needed to perform those functions, or when lawfully required. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Your requests and security
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of information, withdraw consent or contact a data-protection authority. Email us with your request; we may need proportionate identity verification and may need to retain records required by law. We use appropriate access and operational precautions, but no online system can promise absolute security. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

Changes to this policy will be dated above. A newly offered platform or materially different use of information requires an accurate update to this notice.
